Did not receive Inquisitor LSB

Purchased Inquisitor LSB yesterday at around 11am. I did not receive the rewards but I was charged for it. Proof attached. ally code 724-515-417

ApologiesEA_Gunner, the correct ally code is 724-515-147. Looks like my ticket was responded to and I received the charecters in my messages this morning, thanks anyway!
