Did not recieved TANK LST

Yesterday I bought the TANK LST via the Webstore. 

But i did not recieved the content. Instead it showed this in game:

Instead a got a message in-game telling me:
"Transcation Processed. There was an issue processing your purchase. We have credited your account as best as we could".
