Didnt receive 10k coaxium

I didnt receive my 10k coaxium for a hefty purchase and provided all the proof to EA. Will i be compensated at all? The 10k should have completed my kessel run for those rewards i was expecting with my purchase.

P.s they said to just post my issue here and are avoiding my question of compensation or refund. Is this a loss or is there a way forward here?

    Post this in bugs, include your ally code and EA purchase transaction number ONLY.  An employee named EA_Gunner will respond to you on the bug report of the forum
