ea connection error

when i try to connect ea to my star wars galaxy of heroes it takes me to a black side whre read some kind of code and thers couple error words so i cant connect ea to my game begause it takes me to that random side what can i do now and how can i fix this and connect ea on my mobiledevice. i cant get my account on my combuter unless i have ea connected and rn it`s not possible and i have tryed 3 different devices i have good internet i have updated swgoh just dont have anymore ideas what to do.
