EA support refuses to help; unable to swap accounts / devices

I've been trying to get my son's account transferred from his iPad to his android phone literally for months now, but for some stupid reason EA support refuses to swap the accounts on the back end.  My other son's account was transferred no problem albeit took 2 weeks...but I can't for the life of me get this one done. 

I just got off an in-game chat with yet another 'SWGOH support team member' who said to post up here, since his manager and other higher ups monitor these forums 24/7 and maybe this will lead to me actually getting help.  

How embarrassing for EA!  

It's pathetic.  My son's account that's had money spent on it is continually being ignored.  I don't need someone to paste in a ridiculous scripted response about helpful links to click on that aren't helpful at all.  You can't transfer iPad to Android...  EA support has to do it!  Why is this so complicated????

  • @6906346 actually you can transfer from iOS to Android via Facebook.

    Unfortunally this option is missing on minors accounts.

    So my advice is to get to the ingame chat and let you give the case number. So EA will review the case

    I've done this multiple times and no one on your end is competent enough to help.  I've got the in-game chat up right now and keep getting stupid scripted responses.  I do not allow my kids to have facebook accounts so that's not an option anyways.

    Why I have to jump through all these hoops is beyond my comprehension.  

    Once again, YOU guys have to do the swap on the backend.

    @6906346 i am no EA Employee. Just a Community member.
    Once more i recommend you to share your case number here, so when EA sees this they can act faster

    The in-game chat doesn't show a case number.  

    I've opened one - 162484854

    However it does no good as they keep saying to use the in-game chat.  What is really stupid is that I can tell it's being answered by multiple people vs. one person handling things based off automated / scripted responses.
