EA support refuses to help; unable to swap accounts / devices
I've been trying to get my son's account transferred from his iPad to his android phone literally for months now, but for some stupid reason EA support refuses to swap the accounts on the back end. My other son's account was transferred no problem albeit took 2 weeks...but I can't for the life of me get this one done.
I just got off an in-game chat with yet another 'SWGOH support team member' who said to post up here, since his manager and other higher ups monitor these forums 24/7 and maybe this will lead to me actually getting help.
How embarrassing for EA!
It's pathetic. My son's account that's had money spent on it is continually being ignored. I don't need someone to paste in a ridiculous scripted response about helpful links to click on that aren't helpful at all. You can't transfer iPad to Android... EA support has to do it! Why is this so complicated????
