Error 9.0

Hello everyone, I'm having the following problem: when I try to import my account, I get an error message with code 9.0. I have two accounts, so I log in with one and then the other, but yesterday afternoon I couldn't anymore. I started getting this error on both accounts, and I also can't log in to the game's web store. I've already contacted EA support, but they haven't helped me at all. Perhaps one of you has encountered this error and managed to fix it, so you can help me, please.
