@Drik9 The unlock event will be available in the Journey Guide.

Once you complete the final tier and unlock Executor, then the bonus tier will show up under the events section with the other events.

I’ve missed this event twice because there is no notification of when it goes live or anything. This is such bull s****

It's been the 15th of the month for about 10 months now. Set a recurring notification in your calendar for the 15th if you forget.
