Facebook login not available

I had to reset my phone, on restore the SWGOH App no longer gives me the option to log in to my Primary Player ID. 

The DEV team previously reconnected the account, now it's like no one understands what they did about a year ago. 

In App help has become virtually none existent so I've been trying 25 days to get a resolution. 😐 👎
