GA Button disappear

Summarize your bug During GA matches button disappear. Running out of squads, can‘t clear my opponent - lost feast and GA round because of that.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don‘t know the answer to that.

    Since I lost ingame currency and payout, I got to ask the questions for compensation.

    I had the same bug happen today in GA, I was using my Empire team vs Grevious’ Droid team. Could the bug be caused by the defending team and not what team we used to attack, I’m wondering? Just a thought, I will make a separate post reporting the bug.

    I am using an iPad 2019, iOS 12.3.1

    My ability buttons disappeared during GAC (many people have reported this bug). I have had this bug happen to me before when I was using my old iPad. Ever since I switched to this new one, the game runs smoothly, so I am guessing that the bug is not due to the performance or processing capabilities of my device. I was using my Empire Team vs Grevious Droids Team, when partway through the match the buttons disappeared.

    Because of the loss my payouts will be affected. I would like to ask for compensation for this bug, the difference would have resulted in 1 Zeta material and 125 Championship Tokens, as well as some mod upgrade components. If you would like to check I have spent a lot of money on this game; such a bug not being fixed by now is disheartening and would make me stop spending more on this product.

    During match(16.07.2019) ability bar disappeared, that cost me loss in battle and basically whole match itself(-1 team, less points to score.

    @EA_HighCommand Do you have any news? The problem still exists and keeps happening. Although I would like to know about a compensation? This GAC round is over with me losing payouts and points - thanks a lot!

    @EA_HighCommand Could you please contact me directly? I assume there is a misunderstanding - me and other suffer because of a bug and not because we made a mistake.
