Summarize your bug Ever since the last update the loading screen periodically freezes. Happened in GAC earlier today costing me a battle/banners. Just now happened in Conquest consting me thr conquest energy. And has happened in fleets twice per day since update was forced.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play game modes

Attaching the frozen loading screen from Conquest, and from GAC as well as the screen to show a Battle Tally in GAC yet no damage to the opponent health or protection (since I never got to get into the battle).

We've attempted to reproduce your issue but were unable to do so in several GA battles on a number of different devices. Any further details you can share?
@EA_HighCommand it's not just GA it's every game mode. I had it do it on entering a battle for executor shards, and also entering a conquest fight.
Andriod Galaxy S21 on wifi
@EA_HighCommand I checked with a few guild mates, and he said it appears to be just andriod, his iphone is fine.
I am experiencing this issue too and several of my guildmates. Right now it also happened even on just simming challenges.
What's upsetting about this is energy and attempts are being wasted when it freezes.
I'm also on Galaxy S21.
It happened with me too, twice in gac and once in conquest. Lost my gac match due to that.
Luckily I was able to still win GAC. But it cost me 25 banners for that battle, and theoretically 57 ish for another battle I no longer had a counter for at that point, having to burn two teams when I shouldn't of had to.
