This issue has been being reported by numerous users for weeks. At first we were all directed to follow the troubleshooting guide, then we were told that staff couldn't identify the issue. In the past day or two users have been told that the problem has been flagged. I'm losing countless battles due to the freezing issue, and other players are expressing the same frustrating problem. Please fix the issue ASAP. 

FYI, uninstalling and reinstalling the app DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.
