I had this issue I have reported it in game and in multiple threads. I am not getting any response. The game did this to me in a Tier 3 Lord Vader. I lost 60 dark side tickets. I bought the 900 energy back for 600 crystals to farm those tickets and I purchased the crystals. So I am out money because of the glitch. I simply want my resources refunded. But no one one on this help forum is responding to me. The in game help took over a day to reply but ignored the question of refunding either the tickets, the energy or the crystals.
Does anyone know if these get read if they are replies to a thread or do I need to start a new thread?
same here.... loose 2 rounds in GA and a lot of try in TW... really annoying...hope you guys gonna give us compensation for all rewards lost.. fix it fast plz
