I have posted this on a few threads but I am wondering if I need to start a new one to get a reply. The game froze on the load screen for Lord Vader tier 3. Then shut itself off. When It restarted my dark side tickets were gone. The in-game help told me it is a known issue and I can tell from the chat here that it is happening a lot. I lost 60 dark side tickets. I bought that 900 energy pack for 600 crystals and I paid money to purchase the crystals. I am looking to either have the dark side tickets, 900 energy or 600 crystals refunded. I can see form other help forums here that some people have gotten something back. So It does not feel like a big ask.
