Game crashes since 11/22 update.

Summarize your bug Just like many others, it seems, my game patched and now it crashes on startup. I get to the "loading cantina" page, then it closes with no bug report. Also, the icon for the game has changed to a box, of some sort. Nothing related to Star Wars as I know it. I had the game open while my tablet went to sleep and it reset the wifi connection when it woke back up. As the game re-connected, it downloaded the new update and immediately crashed. It's been doing it ever since.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Just to be 100% clear, here... CG_Kozispoon's workaround does not work for me. I am using Android (so, no iOS fix) and Google Play does not give me the incompatible device error (so, no clearing the cache/resetting network settings). This all happened before I knew I'd need my ally code and, since the constant crashing, I can't get my ally code. Is there another way to find it?
