i was able to replicte. this happened today 18DEC2024 during GAC. i used cere's 2nd special against Krrs while he had damage immunity and it locked up the game. please notice that the ability buttons on the bottom right are gone. also this was the PC client.
Bug where buttons does not appear again, sound familiar, maybe it's time for CG to fix it.
Reinstalling the game is not a solution since it will happen again randomly even after reinstalling it....
