Game froze

I was in first place in Battle arena on the third round and the game froze I had to restart my phone and then the app wouldn't work I had to uninstall it and reinstall it when I finally got back to the arena my squad I was using had disappeared but my opponent didn't loose his squad I had to use my last squad to finish that battle and couldn't get the last squad out I demand you send me a thousand crystals or I'll stop spending $200.00 dollars a month to play swgoh
