Game stopped progressing during battle

While playing on my PC at sector 1's mid stage boss of the conquest, the game just started progressing very slowly after Cere Junda did her special. The health damage/regen stayed on the screen and would not disappear. I clicked all over the screen and It only responsed when I click the chat and setting buttons. I forfeited the match and replayed the same stage with idential issue. I switched to play on my phone afterward and no issues.
