    @GladOS-013 @tjeffr well, I got the same issue a long time ago (just after the Unity Engine update) and they said they are not allowed to give any compensation, and I asked them why in direct chat, they hang up ...

    I tried multiple times but they always said the same thing.
    I asked @CG_Scrumbs to help me out and never get a anwser.
    There is so many report on crash / freeze and don't even care.

    EA: "We didn't see anything in our logs, it is your own fault if you have a bad device, close all other apps, restart your phone and reinstall, or purchase a new IPhone 20".
