Grand Admiral Thrawn is missing fragments

Hola, cuando acabé el nivel VI del almirante thrawn me dio un error y me pidió que reiniciará el juego, y cuando lo reinicié, no tenía los fragmentos y volví a hacer el mismo nivel y no me dió nada. Necesito esos fragmentos porque no podré subirlo a 7 estrellas y no podré hacer misiones que requieran a este personaje.
