This has happened to me on 3 different occasions. In a battle, and if the timer runs, you will not get the participation or kill points. I sent a message and customer service kept saying there is no proof that I participated even though I showed screenshots.
Similar error for me last night. Fought GAC battle as normal but when I ran out of time, I went to submit the Battle but the game said I had waited too long not 5 seconds after it had ended.
Interesting. I was wondering if that had something to do with it. I don't think I submitted it very quickly because I put my phone down because it was clear it was gonna be a draw. So if that's the case, why is there even an option to not submit a battle in GAC. Or even a time requirement to submit after the battle.
