Help desk? in game purchase applied to wrong account

i have never posted on the forums before so i am new to this  My in-game support request has now been passed around to alt lease 9 different people and not resolved. I purchased the GIFT Starkiller...

My ally code is 413-989-344, the correct account for the purchase to be applied to is 825-244-823
