We have the same issue with NBA Live Mobile on an iPad for a child account. I'm on the phone with EA help and they are suggesting that there is no way to backup and restore the game data to another device.

They are suggesting that it is due to underage laws limiting online game play. But it seems entirely feasible to enable the transfer of a child account to a different device without breaking underage gaming laws.

Has anyone solved this issue?
