This support is honestly the slowest support I have ever gotten anywhere, atrocious. Contacted almost a week ago, got 1 response saying they will look into it and asked for an ally code and then hasn't replied back. Maybe hire more than one underpaid customer support with all they money you're getting from all those overpriced bundles...
