I Can’t purchase crystals from the store.

I’ve never had problems with cg taking money off me till now. I’m trying to purchase the vault of crystals (like I do almost every time) and it will not let me. I have plenty of internet and more than enough money in my iTunes account to cover it… please help CG. If I can’t get crystals I may as well leave the game it’s that simple. 🤷🏻‍♂️ this is the message I continually receive
