In Desperate need of help for Account Recovery
Account has been missing since Monday. It has been replaced by a new account that is currently linked to Google Play. Is there ANY POSSIBLE CHANCE to get some assistance before the weekend please?

EA_Gunner Is there no way to resolve this issue? I simply need to relink my main account that was replaced with a beginner account. I am in desperate need of assistance. This is day 7 with no real help.
Has anyone actually helped you yetDojoMoto1 ? I know you have had a support ticket in for days now.
Have the same problem and now my guest account has frozen. It tells me to tap on a ship and nothing happens.
One week and still unable to get the right person to link my main account back and recover it. I was told these forums were monitored.... just silence. Conquest is about to begin and DC farming is paramount. Where is the HELP HERE? Come on guys.... the weekend is over. TIME TO FIX THIS!
Day 6. What you would think would be a simple issue is now turning into a complete and utter display of negligence. Now that I am missing a new character event, this is going to become MUCH worse with missing Conquest (and dc farming).
This should have been fixed by now.
So, it seems that if u try too many in-game tickets, the advisors will simply ignore/block you. Great job CG/EA.... this is the most pathetic customer service that I have ever seen. Especially since it is through this in-game customer support that I feel something can be actually fixed. A guild leader who has been offline since Monday. Missing an entire new character event. Missing 2 TW. missing a raid. Missing dailies. Causing me 3 guaranteed GAC loses. BRAVO!!!!!
I've had an ios account 10 years ago.....this past winter i wasn't able to link with my ally code on my new Google account, so I had lost lot of time, fun,interest, and need to spend $ on my new account...unfortunately I haven't played for 3 or 4 years till just. If EA can contact me at mailto: [edit: email address removed] wich is what both the ios & google swgoh accounts are linked to id appreciate it.
I'm having the same issue. I tried Uninstalling the app and reinstalling but still brings up this miscellaneous profile. Let me know if you get a fix.
