In game support is an embarrassing joke
I bought the episode pass almost month ago on the web store, I can not claim any of the non-free rewards and have missed all the quests and shards for the new characters, I’ve been through in game support three times now and they just say, we see it active on your account, then close the conversation. So EA has stolen $60 from me. I just want the rewards I paid for a moth ago, is that to hard to ask? Apparently it is. Am I able to speak to someone who knows English and can actually help me?
