In game support is an embarrassing joke

They will likely need your ally code. When you collect other rewards on the webstore  do they get to your account? 

Call your bank and dispute the charge as not being delivered.  Before you do that, go to your game store and ensure your game is linked to your phone.  also in game go to restore purchases and give that button a push 3 or 4 times then wait 30 minutes.  If neither of those things are the issue, call your bank to dispute the charge.  

Yeah their in game support is the worst I’ve ever encountered, it’s because they outsource to somewhere else in the world so for me(in the US) they’ll respond in the middle of the night and it’ll be 12 hours till they respond again

I’ve heard of you do a dispute with your bank EA will then ban your account. With the new episode pass starting today they have officially stolen $60 from me…

I’ve done restore purchase many times. EA customer service is an absolute joke. 

Yup, I’m in Canada and have the same issue. I just wanted to speak with someone who understands English, but that’s too much to ask. 

All the rewards and quests where locked the entire time, I was still able to claim the free track rewards. We are on to a new episode pass, so they’ve stolen $60 from me. 

Agreed, they are an absolute joke!!  Hands tied to their middle knee…..can’t to a dam thing to help any player.  Just another fail from cg!!

That wasnt what I asked are you able to collect the the free crate via that account if that isnt happening your account may be linked to another.
