Issues after ending a battle.

As the title says, after the end of a battle I have an issue with being able to progress to the next screen. 
I've attached an image of the issue. Sometimes if I press try again (literally 10 times) it'll let me carry on and sometimes I have to close the app however it'll register the battle as a win/loss whatever it may be.  Although when I try and register a raid score it will not progress no matter what I do, even if I close the app the score doesn't register at all. 

I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling but to no avail. Also my internet connection isn't the issue despite it saying it is. 

please help.
