Issues with purchase of episode pass through webstore

Hi there, I tried about 3 times to purchase an episode pass using Paypal, but in each instance I was told an error had occurred. I currently do not have the episode pass, but in Paypal I see each instance has an 'order placed' tag, waiting for completion. Need some help in proceeding. Do I cancel the outstanding requests in Paypal?  Ally code: 575843615
