  • Platform: Android 10, Xiaomi Mi 9 (MIUI Version 12.0.4)
  • Date and time of the crash: August 5 2021, 18:23 (GMT+2, Austria Vienna
  • Any additional details:
  • Game crashed in the loading  screen of the Tier 4 battle. Couldn't do anything else, when switching to another app and back the screen game went black.

But like @vakolchin  I can't find any device logs with Star Wars or Heroes or swgoh in the name, do you have any more information about which logs you need? @EA_HighCommand
