8/august/2021 around 0700 UTC time.

I played the first tier of Jedi master Kenobi event and when I entered the battle the game mysteriously crashed and restarted by it self. I tried the ea support system but the response as you can see below is that maybe the problem is my phone... But as I can see here this happened to others too. I have never experienced this crash and immediate restart before and I play this game since 2016... So it's all a mystery how somehow in one of the most hard earned battles where you spent crystals and energy to farm ticket just so that you have the ability to complete , you have a restart in your game . This doesn't happen in all of the other modes of the game. Only in GL s tiers a s I can see from other users.
