This bug appeared again and the game crashed. Please fix this issue as we cannot play the event. Everything is working great in my phone and completed the troubleshooters as suggested . Stop sending the same automated answers when clearly if you check the records of each one of us we actually have this problem.

It is very irritating as I have already lost 30 tickets. The game is working great in other modes.
