Ally code: 414-348-736

Platform: Android Phone (Galaxy A72 - OS Version 11)

Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): 8 Aug. 2021 around 11.55 (UTC +1)

Device logs: Sent file in annex. This is the log of the last time it crashed. (Edit: added log from moment of creation of the process to the time it died.) Couldn't find anything more that seemed relevant in the logs.

Any additional details:

- First time tier 1 went smoothly. Had just opened the game.
- Second time crashed almost in the end of the battle. Immediately after the first try.
- Third time it crashed in the beginning of the battle, around the second turn. Restarted the phone before trying again.

Anyone looking for the logs, search for the app id: com.ea.game.starwarscapital_row
The log lines I found around the crash were:

  • 08-10 10:58:56.478 1000 1192 2652 I ActivityManager: Process com.ea.game.starwarscapital_row (pid 4087) has died: fg TOP (665,1955)

    Just crashed 2 out of the last 3 attempts, costing 30 light side tokens, more than 300 crystals in refreshes.
