JKR LSB Ticket responded, still haven't received what i purchased

About a week ago, I bought both Revan LSBs and only got the characters from the Darth Revan pack. Both purchases went through, and when i talked to support, they said both were credited to my account when i still don't have any of the characters i purchased. Can anyone help me with this, this is the third time I've had to post about this issue.
