Journey Guide and GL prerequisite reward issues. Plz Read!

So i been trying to get help with a technical issue that i been dealing with for the past month or two but i keep getting brushed off by tech support or being ignored. My issue is that for the GL’s and journey guides, i am not receiving the prerequisite rewards such as omicrons and titles.

Do u know if they have did the fix yet or bot bc im still not receiving the journey guide prerequisite rewards at all.
