Lightspeed bundle - crystals instead of content

Hi All!

Today I bought lightspeed bundle Raddus on website and I received crystals instead of characters/ships. I tried also to chat with ea help inside game help chat few hours earlier but without any feedback from company.

Is there any possibility to restore my purchased characters/ships? 
My ally code is 268-351-897.

    Hi Gunner,

    I sent you an email to your forum inbox 4 days ago regarding frustrating issues trying to purchase the Raddus Lightspeed Bundle from the webstore, but no reply yet. I made several bundle purchases since then, but could not obtain the Raddus Lightspeed one not matter how many times I tried, and I really wanted that one.
