Lost 25 shards of quiggle as well as 3 x 1299 crystals

Bought the 12 card pull and was at 69/85. Didn't have enough crystals to buy more pulls so bought a vault. Then bought 3 single card pulls and got enough to go 88/85. Went to promote him to 6 star an...

Well, ran out of time so I had to purchase 4 more of the single card pulls at 1299 crystals to get him to 6 star so I can keep pace to maximize the era battle. So, if I could be reimbursed for that and then you don't have to worry about fixing the shard count

There's got to be a better process to resolve issues like this. I've spent way too much real money on this game
