Missing LSB after two weeks still

Purchased Sith Eternal Emperor LSB 1 and gifted to my other account, contact support when it did not come through. After two weeks of communicating with support they closed my ticket and said it was received on my main account. I had already purchased on my main account 3 day prior to gifting it. Need help correcting this, keep getting the run around through support
