7 years agoI'll let you know what they say when they get back to me. I called support and a lady that barely speaks English told me to wait 24 hours because it's "not syncing" properly. I hope these guys will find a better solution.

If you have access to a desktop computer, then there's also a "live chat" support. I prefer that to a phone call personally, plus it should help reduce any potential language barriers.
