Mistakenly banned on Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes unsure how to proceed

Hello! This afternoon I attempted to log into SWGOH to find that my account was banned. The ban message came up just minutes after a previous successful log in on the same device. I believe this ban was in error as I have been playing for roughly 2 years and have never done anything to be warned, suspended, etc. Nothing shows up on my EA ban records as well. Could I please have someone look into this and let me know why my account was banned and, if the ban was in error, reversed so that I can have access to my account again? My ally code is 984-535-442 and my account name is Standu. I apologize if this is not the correct place to post this. I followed EA's appeal instructions but noticed that CG_LucifersDaddy has not been active since last year, so I was not sure where else to ask for help on this. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
