Mol eliza

For some reason I can’t change my name on Swgoh and players said it’s because of Underage even though I am 16 so I’m requesting If I could be able to change my name

@Silucus Sorry for the late reply, if you are playing on an underage account then you will not have the option to change your username.

If I just use a new tablet and I transfer / import my account from iOS over to Android will I be able to pick a real user name and have access to the rest of the app's functionality like messages that is restricted with these Mol Eliza profiles? Thanks - Marty

  @MartyYoung26 Are you playing on an underage account? If so transferring to another platform will not age the account up and you will see the same issue.

    Damn, I am 34. So basically I am stuck forever on an underage account? What happens to the kids that start playing as underage and as time passes have a few birthdays do they grow out of their Mol Eliza restrictions? Thank you for the reply -Marty
