Hi @tiffer72 and thanks for reporting this. The enemy character levels are as intended.

From the screenshot, you can see Admiral Ackbar and Obi-Wan Kenobi (Old Ben) don't have any protection and Zeb and Ezra Bridger have a small amount of protection. Applying mods (leveled up) and upgrading the characters gear levels should help with this.

Thank you, I passed on the advice and they were able to complete T3 and T4...

As a higher GP we often miss some of the nuances, I like the event and character...
