New Phone Can't Connect Old Account
My son recently got a new phone. He has been playing SWGOH for a bit now and would like to transfer his data to a Google account we have for him.
His current account is not associated with any Google/Facebook account. When we go to have him login on his previous phone or connect it to cross the data over, there is not "Connect" button or any "Sign In/Out" button. I believe this is related to him putting the wrong birth date when he made his SWGOH account originally (per threads on the SWGOH forum). They denoted that support could transfer the account (via ally code or player ID) to associate with his Google account.
Please let me know if that is possible. Here is the data.

There are instructions for ageing-up accounts under the "Spoiler" button in the link below. Following these instructions should get you to where you need to be, and this route has been successful for others that have used it. Once the correct age is assigned to the account you'll have access to the connect buttons for Apple/Google and the guild chat.
