My son recently got a new phone. He has been playing SWGOH for a bit now and would like to transfer his data to a Google account we have for him. His current account is not associated with any Google/Facebook account. When we go to have him login on his previous phone or connect it to cross the data over, there is not "Connect" button or any "Sign In/Out" button. I believe this is related to him putting the wrong birth date when he made his SWGOH account originally (per threads on the SWGOH forum). They denoted that support could transfer the account (via ally code or player ID) to associate with his Google account. Please let me know if that is possible. Here is the data. There is no connect button for us to connect an account to. There is no option to sign out of an account. It just doesn't exist. From older forum posts on CG's forum, it looks like a few people had this issue and tagged it to the account being originally and having the age being low.

Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else to suggest. It's possible deleting and reinstalling could delete all the progress he's made so far. You could try clearing the cache for your device. That may help, but I'm not too optimistic. It's possible this could be due to the age issue previously mentioned.

@EA_Aljo Can a bug be opened or development be reached out to? That's why I reached out regarding this. Clearing the cache didn't work and reinstalling would certainly delete all progress.

Many countries have data protection laws that require us to make sure that children experience our games in a way that’s appropriate for their age. This is why in some of our mobile games we ask players their age and disable features which may not be appropriate for them. For example, if you are below the minimum age of digital consent in your country, you won’t be able to connect to social networks and access social features (such as chat).
