I’m my guild leader, and I can’t access in game chat or TB commands. Neither one shows up in game. I have tried restarting the app. Have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This is a major inconvenience for trying to guide my guild through the last phases or TB.

I have the exact same issue which started today and I am a guild leader of a 640M GP Guild. This is making leading the guild extremely difficult. I am also iOS and have no main chat, no way to update instructions in RotE, In my ally windows I don't have option to chat. I literally have no communication with my guild. Very frustrating! I have restarted several times with no resolution. My Ally Code: 627-368-753

Same issue as guild officer on iOS. Rebooted game, rebooted device, uninstall/install - nothing works.
I have the exact same issue. I'm on Android. Guild leader.... chat and war instructions and some buttons have vanished. As others have said, it would be bad enough for anyone but for guild leaders this is extremely frustrating!

Same here. Officer in my guild. Can’t communicate with anyone.
Same issue. Also on IOS. I’m a TB officer in my guild. Can’t do orders, can’t change any planet statuses. No game chat. If not for discord the 412M GP guild that I help run TB in would have been lost. Literally had to explain step by step what to do to officers who have never touched TB.
no repose from EA help and it’s been 36 hours. No mention of thing from EA or CG. This is a huge issue that needs to be fixed immediately
