same problem here...
we miss at minimum 13540 crystals for last place in GA....MUUUUCH more if we can be higher...and not counted experience of playing 3v3
i was contacted by EA, and they are offering me 200 crystals...like really?
playing this game every day for more than 3 years, spending money and now i should be ok with missing all this rewards ?
other day , they offered refund for accidental chromium packs because of bronzium is on first place.... they get bigger refund and it was their fault
Sent in a support ticket like CG_crumb said in the post. Gave me the run around basic trouble shooting response. Did everything they said. Now more trouble shooting run around telling me to log in on a friend's device or go get another device to log in on. All the while this GA is pretty much over. No real response yet from anybody just the basic copy and paste trouble shooting responses. I don't even care if the compensation is last place rewards at least it would be some form of acknowledgement. Also please just make sure this is fixed before the next one starts tomorrow. I know it's the holidays but y'all chose this schedule.

I had the same issue. They offered 500 crystals, which I still think is a joke. I basically told them it’s unacceptable.
They have now offered 700 crystals as a “final offer”. Their offer is still horrible.
They offered you something? Did you complain about this elsewhere?
