I also have been clicking daily in GA since the second "test" event ended and always got the message that no active events are active.- I'm level 85- Participated to the failed test and successfull test event- Got the reward for the 'testing' event (zeta and mod mats)Note that I connect either from my phone or an emulator on my PC and on both devices I failed to see any notifications or even activity other than no active event message.Why did this happen and what can be dont to prevent this from happening again?

In general, these types of issues are really hard to evaluate after the fact. There have been similar issues with Territory Wars and people joining (or not joining). ☹️The best advice I can give you right now - when an active GA join period is open, if it's not visible to you (either on the right-hand side of your screen or in the GA table icon), that 24 hour period is the time you need to come here and post for help. QA Support might be able to check your account at that time and see if there's a problem. After the GA matchmaking has happened, there's no way to insert you into the round. I strongly recommend everyone's guild discuss it and call it out when the round starts. I'm a guild leader, and I always update the guild banner in game to let my guild know it's active and that they should sign up. My guildmates playing and getting rewards just makes my guild stronger, so I want them all to do it.

This really isn't an issue of not joining GA as I check in on events at minimum 8-10 times a day andamy guild uses discord to communicate events going on ,it wouldn't let me join and still haven't gotten any type of reply from customer service about it being fixed or anyone on forums after posting multiple times with ally code. It would be nice to get some type of rewards for this issue since we were screwed outta rewards, but at least it needs to be fixed where we get to join instead of an error message next GA

I'm having same issues, I keep getting this message it nvr let me join GA this time around

I have this very same issue.It is highly irritating to get left behind when others get more gear/items..All i can hope is that someone actually does something to address this other than the generic, "we're looking into this"...

The active GA just finished an hour ago. It is now 8n the 24 hour review period.

The signup period for the next GA should start about 1700 US Eastern time tomorrow, and last 24 hours.

Okay, so i can see the GA this time. But it's the5v5 version. I'm absolutely positive the 3v3 version did not show up. When is the next 3v3 one scheduled?

They haven’t told us the schedules in advance. Even the 3vs3 was just announced immediately prior.

I don’t think they’ve announced when the next GA will start after this one - probably will be on the January events calendar.

I read this post last December, and somehow still missed this January's GA due to a lack of in game cues and notifications.
With several active daily 600 players and frequent forum checkers still missing GA, there must be a priority QOL change.
Add visual cues
Add countdown timers
Pin important calendar changes to top of forum. Give prominent update cues.

I have had this issue, but no help.
No offer of crystals, no rewards.
The “you need to notify customer support during signup phase” doesn’t help. I have a life and don’t spend a lot of time in game or on the forums. If the GA screen doesn’t show an active event, as far as I know, it isn’t active!
An in-game e-mail stating GA signup will start would be nice that way those that don’t have an active signup would have time to contact customer service.
