No Huyang shards after Tier 1 completed

Good morning,

The day the marquee event was released I entered into tier 1, hit auto and then opened up my guild chat to donate gear. The event finished in the background and the game crashed.

When I went back in, the tier was complete but I’m still at 0/330 shards and can’t continue with any following tiers.

I’ve reached out through the in game help option just to be redirected to a troubleshooting page after almost 2 days of chats.
