No SEE Lightspeed bundle 1 only crystals

Hi, 

i bought the Sith Eternal Emperor Lightspeed bundle 1 from the webstore, but i did not receive it. As i opended the App, it says an error occured and i got crystals instead. 

 

please help

    Sorry I had to piggyback on this post. I tried to open my own post but for some reason it does not allow me to create a post. I have the exact same issue and I have posted on the official forum as well. My ally code is 393-184-191. Please look into the issue and grant the correct contents we paid for, thank you and Merry Christmas!

    This has also happened to me (I created a post about it) but just in case it would be able to reach easier through a response here, this situation happened to me also with the Darth Revan LSB bundle. I was wondering if anyone could help me receive the contents I purchased?

    I also had the same issue with both Light and Dark side Revan bundles and got crystals I have made my own post but in case it is quicker here - 

    415-725-918 is my ally code
