I have got the same problem. My purchase went through, but then it gave an error. Haven’t received the bad batch characters, but the money is gone. Ive also tries to open a case 3 times, but they dont show in “my cases”. And the BB LSB isn’t showing in the shop
I have the exact same issue with the Ki Adi Mundi lightspeed bundle (purchased on the 20 March). Got the e-mail confirmation to my gmail account ... and credit card charged. But the in game mail never arrived. Raised with Support who claim that I have received and claimed the purchase ... but I haven't and my Ki Adi Mundi is still locked.
