Not receiving Sith heroic raid rank 1 portrait

I finished Rank 1 in the previous sith triumvirate heroic raid of my guild on 11.11.2025, but i did not recieve the Darth Nihilus portrait reward which i thought i should have gotten after the raid was finished? Im hoping there is some way to recieve it, as i was really excited to get that portrait
