EA QV TeamThe bundle you purchased was not a permanent bundle. It is available in the store between 22/02/2023 - 08:00 UTC and 01/03/2023 - 08:00 UTC. You do not see it anymore because the purchase limit of the bundle is set to only two bundles per account.
If you want to discuss the purchase status of the bundles or request a refund you will need to reach out to EA Help, verify the ownership of your account and discuss the status of the bundles. However, refunds are not handled by EA Help. For a refund request, you will need to reach out to Google Play or Apple support.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell you what exactly caused the 9.0 error.

Which were purchased, yes I received them thats not a problem.
Now do you see a purchase that aligns with my 30.99$ charge? Because there shouldn't be cause the pack DOESNT EXIST IT WAS LAST AVAILABLE IN 2021, I do not own a time machine. now my game is trying to refresh the purchase and its giving me this error
Like I dont even know what else to say its pretty straight forward, can you see the screen shots? I can retake them more zoomed in?
EA QV TeamUnfortunately, I cannot confirm your story. Transactions are monitored by Google Play or Apple store. If you clicked on "restore purchase" and you have a pending transaction, this would be a case for Google Support. Have you contacted Google to find out how to stop the processing of the pending purchase?
I have just spoken to Google and they're not refunding or cancelling the transaction as its within their policy.
So that's it. My games f***ed and permanently in a time out loop from the transaction.

THE F****ING PACK DOESNT EXIST and they're too concerned about 30$ so they completely make my game unplayable after I've spent over 50,000$ on my account i really hope you guys enjoy that last 30$ from me cause I cant even login to spend more if I even wanted to.
